We stopped at the Resolute Ranch in October 2022 to meet Rory and see him work. We were enamored immediately. The kids really loved how gentle he was, while my wife and I were astonished with his laser focus, steadiness, and explosive power. I decided then and there that we would be returning to Texas in hopes to pair Rory with our dogs. We really like everything about Rory, drive, athleticism, focus…all of it. Then the icing on the cake is his build, looks, coat, color. Just a fantastic dog. I want to improve with the studs that I have paired our dogs with, and Rory definitely fits that.

She is extremely eager to please and is lightning fast. She has a drive to retrieve that is hard to beat, and always finds something to carry around in her mouth. She’s got a slender build and is very agile. She inherited the “grin” from her grandma Birdie. Peach can turn off her high drive and is gentle around the kids and family.

Remi is a sweetheart. She has great memory, marks well, holds steady and is consistent. She loves every person that she meets. Her demeanor is to love and become friends with anyone around her. We get compliments on her gentleness around small children. However, she is not to be underestimated when it comes to hunting. She is a seasoned waterfowl and upland game retriever. She is the perfect mix. Her darker coat is straighter and shorter than most, with longer whispy on legs and belly. Her broad shoulders provide constant, steady power.
